James Williams, DDS

With more than 30 years of experience in the field of dentistry and a genuine passion for helping others, Dr. James Williams is the leading source for comprehensive dental care in Allen and the surrounding areas. After graduating from Bonham High School, Dr. Williams attended East Texas State University and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. He and his wife Teppy (who is one of our skilled hygienists here at the office) have one son, Zach, who is currently in law school. Dr. Williams says that the best thing about his profession is having the privilege to work with such amazing people on a daily basis.

Teppy Williams – Registered Dental Hygienist

As a registered dental hygienist with more than 36 years of experience in her field, Teppy is a vital member of our oral healthcare team. Following her graduation from Commerce High School, Teppy attended East Texas State University where she was a member of the Chi Omega Fraternity and the Beta Beta Beta National Biological Honor Society. She continued her education at Texas Women’s University, where she earned her RDH and her bachelor’s degree. Teppy’s favorite thing about her job is the ability to serve and work with the wonderful people of our community. When she’s not helping our patients keep their smiles healthy, Teppy enjoys relaxing, spending time with the family dogs, and traveling.

Debbie Weiser – Front Desk

As the first person our patients see when they walk through our doors, Debbie is always happy to offer a sincere smile and a warm welcome. With 34 years of experience and a great personality, she’s an invaluable asset to our practice. Debbie loves helping our patients achieve healthier smiles through caring dentistry. Her hobbies include fishing and sunbathing, and she says her beloved animals are like her family.

Kristi Dudley – Dental Hygienist

Kristi is one of the newest additions to our practice, but she has more than 19 years of experience helping families in her community attain optimal oral health. After graduating from Denison High School and Tarrant County College, Kristi pursued advanced training and certification in CPR, dental assisting, jurisprudence, OSHA, nitrous oxide, and dental hygiene. Her favorite thing about working with our practice is getting to know our patients and their families. Kristi has two sweet boys, ages 6 and 9, and she loves watching them play various sports. In her free time, she also enjoys running and reading.
